1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided at radly.pro (the “Website” or “Service”), operated by URANOMED LTD (Company Number 09179466), a registered company at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, UK, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions outlined here, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Description of Service

radly.pro is a SaaS tool providing radiology report correction and improvement features. It analyzes radiology reports (the text you input) utilizing third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) models (including Claude by Anthropic, Google Gemini, and ChatGPT by OpenAI). Features include recommendations for spelling/style/semantic inconsistency, generating a conclusion, identifying differential diagnoses, and generating check-lists.

Every user receives 5 free tokens per day. Access beyond 5 tokens requires a subscription.

4. Medical and Educational Disclaimer – Important!

Our Service is intended for educational purposes only. The tools provided are meant to offer tips and structure recommendations for radiologists to improve their reports.

  • The outputs are AI-generated and can contain mistakes.
  • All outputs must be carefully reviewed by a qualified radiologist for accuracy.
  • We do not provide medical diagnoses, treatment advice, or definitive clinical readouts.
  • URANOMED LTD does not accept any legal responsibility or liability for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the output generated by the Service.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you remain entirely responsible for your clinical decisions, reports, and diagnoses.

5. Account Registration and Responsibility

To access certain features, you must create an account using your email address and a username. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree that you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellation

  • Payments are securely handled by Stripe.
  • By purchasing a subscription, you grant us permission to charge the applicable fees via Stripe.
  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Following cancellation, no further payments will be collected. Your account will remain active and you will continue to have subscription-level access until the end of the current payment period.
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Notice will be provided before renewals.

7. Data Privacy and Security

Your usage of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to our data practices, including the sharing necessary with AWS, Google Analytics, Stripe, and third-party AI APIs.

User Input Restriction: You agree not to upload Protected Health Information (PHI/PII) strictly regulated by laws like HIPAA or GDPR without anonymization. All data provided to our external AI providers may be subject to their terms and conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, URANOMED LTD and its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party (including AI generation errors) on the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Website shall be instituted in a state or federal court in London, UK.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
